Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are not satisfied with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each program and services before registering.
We will refund the money, post our internal investigation, only in case we fail to provide service to our customers as per commitment from our end or the refund request is within the laid-out time frame of specific product and service.
Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make best effort to complete the service or reschedule it to suit both parties. All cancellation and refund request should be posted to [email protected] with a subject “Refund Request”
For all valid cases, the refund will be processed within 15 working days
Refund will not be provided to the user in full as the time and energy invested by our manpower for their work done is not returnable. All the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done, will be deducted.
No refund will be processed if the cancellation email is received anytime within 15 days prior to the scheduled live programs like conference, seminar, debate, live lecture series, and similar.
No refund will be processed if the cancellation email is received anytime within 2 days prior to the scheduled services like counselling & guidance session, and similar. In such a case, rescheduling will be suggested to the client.
S&T Digital LLP reserves right to change, modify and alter the cancellation and refund terms whenever necessary without prior notification.
S&T Digital LLP shall not be liable of the refund to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond
